Finding A Lot
Selecting the right land for your home can be challenging, but at MVO construction, we're here to help. We ensure every aspect of your lot is considered before starting your custom design. From assessing topography to optimizing views, we inspect the property thoroughly to ensure a smooth building process.

Planning & Design
At MVO Construction, we make custom home building easy and fun. We start by setting a budget based on target square footage, ensuring your design aligns with your budget. With our in-house team handling both design and construction, the process is seamless and stress-free.

Construction
Once construction begins, we’ll host an orientation with our Head of Operations and your Project Manager to discuss selections, timelines, and answer any questions. Your Project Manager will be your main contact, providing updates throughout the build. You'll also attend key meetings to ensure everything stays on track.
